Virtual design will be treated with the same quality to detail and respect as an in-person full-service design.

At this time, kelly is accepting inquiries for projects within the following scope:
Design help for Custom or Semi Custom new builds
Renovation with a minimum budget of $50,000
Interior furnishing projects with a minimum budget of $10,000 per space

Full Service Design
With full Service Design every detail of your project from start to finish is taken care of for you-giving you the ultimate design experience. You will receive furniture layouts , design plans ,an in person design presentation including a custom curation of selections/ swatches and samples for each space o from A vast library of trade only vendors, Your orders are placed with us, inspected and delivered on one installation day. our team comes and places each piece of furniture, hangs the art and light fixtures, styles the shelves and fluffs the pillows before your big reveal! It's the ultimate HGTV experience for our clients.
Virtual/online Design
Includes everything in our full service design package except an on site consultation and in person design presentation. This is a great option for those clients interested in receiving everything our full service design package offers but do not live in the Fredericksburg VA /Washing DC/ Virginia beach Radius.
NEW BUILD & RENOVATION
Custom designed rooms and homes, from top to bottom. Services include, but are not limited to paint and material selection, kitchen and bath design concepts, and lighting procurement. Kelly is comfortable working with builders from the very beginning of the design process for custom builds, can come on board to help select materials for a semi custom build, or happy to help you through a renovation, no matter the size.
Nursery Registry Design
One of Kellys favorite spaces to create is a nursery
Using the same process for virtual design, we will work with you to help you create a nursery of your dreams. A full rendering of the final design will be available for your family and friends along with an online registry page. ( the same as any big retailer) however the room and items will be completely custom, all the items will be from different venders instead of being confined to just one store.
Your custom Registry page will include “ a rendering of a custom and professionally designed space for your friends and family to see and shop.

*the registry will not include baby items that do not pertain to the design of the room For Example : bottles, baby swings etc. You can use a separate registry for those items. Furniture, Bedding , Curtains, Rocking chair, room accessories and accents will all be included.
